Villa Grazia - Hévíz
The Villa Grazia was opend in 2001, locatid on a 1200 m2 large realty in calm site, but near to the center. It is situated 700 m from the famos thermal lake, in a wunderful green enviroment.
Take a 10 minutes walk every evening, and visit the vineyard,
on which 20 cosy wine traverns straigt side by side. There you have a possibility to engoy the famous wines of hungary.
We reccommend our Villa for quests who would like to spend there hollidays near to the natur, in green, peaceful surroundings.
There is a Pool with 100 m2 sunterasse and deck-chairs. We have also a big covered terasse with grill.
Apartements:
All apartements are equipped
with mini kitchen with pots and pans, fridge, coffemaker. Each of them
has bathroom, color TV
and own balkony. There are 2 rooms which can have extra beds installed. Guests intended on bringing there pets.

Hévíz
The main attraction of the town is the lake with a size of 4,4 hectares. It is the largest warm water lake of curative powers of Europe, which is embraced by 50 hectares of protective forest. According to present data the lake is 38,5 m deep. The water of the lake of Héviz is "warmed" by geothermal energy, its temperature is the result of the mixture of warm spring waters and karst water gushing forth from the depth of the earth. The temperature of the water fluctuates around 33-35 °C during most of the summer, in autumn and winter depending on the weather the temperature of the lake is lower, but it does not drop below 22 °C.
